All Things Tim Card of the month swap

Welcome to my blog. This is a swap with the group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AllThingsTim/
The theme is gears of Time. My partner is Kavi and I hope she likes my card.
I have two layers to the front of the card. the bottom is papered and the edges inked in distress walnut stain I used the love wish dream stamp and just stamped DREAM across the edges like a border.
I began the top part with light blue acrylic turquoise,white and gesso.
I followed the edges with walnut distress and fired brick red.
all the stamps are Tim Holtz from Stampers Anonymous,
The gears are Tim Holtz die cuts inked in staz on jet black and coated in Glossy accents.
on the right edge bottom page i layered in paper...the gears were cut in half and done the same as the top cover.
The paper is Graphic 45. I collaged onto the acrylic areas above the die cuts.
The small gears were my prize in All things Tim group from Deb and little spinners were added on the corners.

I made a jumbo January tag for my http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AllThingsTim/
group...I used studio 490 time pieces art parts Tim's awesome inks and stains,a piece of film ideology and the wonderful gears List mom Deb sent me..love them! I used some wings (die cuts) some gear die cuts,clip ideology holding the sentiment. I had to add the admit one ticket..and someone had sent me small die alphabet so of course I had to make a statement.
some ribbon and there it is.

Flight of Dreams

Made a new piece for my www.lightofswans.com store today I named it Flight of Dreams.It is a little collage and a lot of Tim Holtz.
I used walnut stain Distress ink by Ranger and white acrylic and light blue by Apple Barrel..I also used Distress ink peeled paint and Dylusions spray ink Lemon zest by Ranger ink the stamps are from Tim Holtz as is the ideology piece "listen" charm and spinner the stamp dream is from Tim Holtz collection and the collage is from here...and...there.

Good evening I hope everyone has had a wonderful day today. I have just watched air force one and made a item for my store.

This is a hand made paper crafted item no stamps were used for me that is strange but I just might have got caught up in the movie.

silk ribbons and flowers are on this collage piece and a sweet dragon fly delivers a message of love.

I made another piece for my ebay store today..it entertains me teaching my self different techniques or just playing to see what comes out of a idea.
I used paper ribbon embellishment stampers anonymous stamp and a unknown to me..was a gift.

this new year I have decided to get into the journals more and carry over techniques drawings and just a chat zone. I love feedback and for you to share your ideas and blog adventures..the comment section is open for this.

This week I experimented with the journals and I used some of my studio 490 and this morning I mixed studio 490 with stampotique. I would love to know what you think of the combo and the stamps I am using so far.so here is a run down of this week.
